put a check in an envelope today, but didn't seal the envelope... I just tucked the flap in... it got wet, or sweaty, or somethin in my pocket and the seal got stuck to the check so I had to pull the ole tea kettle steam trick to get it undone (thanks to a friend's advice)... didn't turn out perfect, but hopefully well enough

we visited a local high school and Queens College today to participate in "See You at the Pole" w/ students... people gather at the school's flag pole to pray for the people of their schools and the people of this nation.. i think it's like a national day, once-a-year, type thing.. hopefully students will want to make it a more regular happening... prayer is crucial to our transformation
